                 Farm beef or hogget casserole

                 Yield: 6

                         Ingredients           Quantity                        Process

                                                            Put everything into a large casserole dish, cover and

                 Can also use diced pork. Leave out the turnips and tomato. Include two small capsicums and two
                 dessertspoons of plum jam.
                 Serve on a bed of mashed potato, with steamed green vegetables. Garnish with clean celery leaves.




                 Beef in beer sauce
                 Yield: 4

                         Ingredients           Quantity                        Process

                                                            Pound out the steaks to flatten them. Heat the oil in

                 Serve with boiled pumpkin and cabbage cooked with caraway seeds. Garnish with red capsicum.
