Marinades

Simple marinade
Garlic marinade

2 cups vinegar 2 cups water

1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoons freshly crushed garlic

12 cloves 3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tbspn allspice 1 tbspn tomato paste
