In this regard, the ideal teacher needed for this school, use
different teaching strategies for to tackle the topics. An ideal
teacher is a creator of curriculum, the teacher uses the annual
teaching plan as a guide but changes it there and there to make it
suitable for the learners needs. The sequencing of the learning
should be appropriate, so learners are able to follow it with
confidence. The teacher can use outsourcing as a strategy, for
example in Life orientation when teaching instead of the teacher
teaching in a traditional way he/she can bring a nurse to teach
learners about HIV/AIDS another example can be in hospitality
studies when teaching learners about yeasts you can bring a chef
to teach learners or do a presentation, this will evoke the learners
interest. An ideal teacher for the school should participate on
ongoing teacher
development to
help them grow
continuously and
so they can easily
adapt to changes.

Resources in the school were enough and support from the
