An ideal teacher does not underestimate the learners, set a tone
you want as a teacher when you introduce yourself or rather

before you commence with the lesson. Professionalism has a lot to
do with behaviour and preparation, learners can see when the

teacher is not prepared and they end up being disruptive. An
ideal teacher is a role model and subscribes to the pedagogy of

care to the learners. An ideal teacher needed does not discourage
learners that are repeating a grade, motivates the learners keeps
them guided all the time and gives pastoral care.
