YOUNG LEADERS AWARD

LEVEL 2 (SCQF LEVEL 5)
The CVQOYoung Leaders course is delivered over two consecutive days and is aimed at 14 to 151⁄2-year- old cadets. It’s designed to challenge participants to unlock their leadership potential, while learning how to motivate and inspire those around them, having lots of fun along the way.The qualification is delivered by a team of CVQO instructors and includes a combination of practical leadership activities and classroom-based theory lessons.
