LOTTIE
The Wylder Valley animal community stood in the enchanted garden, united by respect. Badger, Edward and Tom carried Lottie in a white wicker casket and lowered her beside Sophia, the Fairy Queen. On the top of the casket, lay bunches of yellow and white flowers from Charlie and his daughters. Next to them was a spray of blue flowers from Badger.
Sophia began: 'We have come here in this special place to celebrate Lottie's life. Lottie was the most caring, loving and loyal animal I have ever known. Here, in the fairy kingdom, Lottie's spirit will be reborn. It is Charlie's wish and ours. She will rise into the light and shine forever in our hearts.'
