It is essential that you understand what constitutes sexual harassment and abusive conduct, which in the workplace
have become a serious area of concern.
The new law, SB 1343, and current law AB 1825, require Mandatory Harassment Prevention Training for all
employees.
Therefore, ACI is to provide the mandatory training under both California and federal law, and take steps to prevent
it.
One hour of sexual harassment prevention training will be assigned for all ACI employees and this training is
required once every two years.

Please see the instructions below to start your training:
1. Once ACI has assigned a training course to you, an email will be sent to you with your username and
password
2. Open www.calchambertraining.com in your internet browser
3. Log in at the top right of the screen
4. Under “My Registrations” press the “Launch” button to start your training
5. The training should be completed within a week of sooner
