Subject: MEMORANDUM # 80 (Preventng Future Infection of Virus or System Halting) - 2/21/2013

As we have experienced recently, the “Computer Virus” interfered with our computer operation & System.
Furthermore, the “Traffic of internet connectivity” was halted because of unpermitted accesses.

Through the course of using the Internet and your computer, you may have come in to contact with
computer viruses that may harm a computer system's data or performance and moreover, it attacks
all ACI computer network.

In order to prevent & avoid future infection of virus or system halting, ACI wants to alert with
following Essential Notes from today, but not limit to;

Keep your computer current with the latest updates of ANTIVIRUS tools.
(Eric will install the individual antivirus protection shortly)

Never open email and/or attachments unless you know who it's from and you are expecting it.
(SPAM EMAILS, forward to Eric)

Any PESOANL STREAMING connection such as; RADIO, VIDEO & MUSIC will be prohibited.
(If it’s urgent need, it is required to get a permission by Eric in prior)

Any PESOANL USB STORAGE should be prohibited.
(If it’s urgent need, inspected by Eric before it connects to our system)

ITUNES UPDATE/UPGRADE should be reported to Eric in prior of installation.

If you have any further question, please coordinate with/report to Eric, IT manager.
