Safety Memo #26 (K) “ACI Pandemic Plan” and “ACI COVID-19 Exposure Control Plan”
(COVID-19)

[ACI Pandemic Plan and ACI COVID-19 Exposure Control Plan (COVID-19)] (K)

Following yesterday's release of the new COVID‐19 safety guidelines from the Los Angeles Department of Building, all
new guidelines will be implemented at ACI jobsites in accordance with safety compliance.

All ACI jobsites must follow the mandates listed below:
• All jobsites must POST the attached ACI Pandemic Plan and ACI COVID‐19 Exposure Control Plan in their
jobsite trailer or poster board.
o Mandatory Safety Meeting ‐ Go over the ACI COVID‐19 Exposure Control Plan with all site
personnel without exception and have everyone sign the plan by tomorrow (4/2).
Furthermore, as part of the Safety Orientation, all visitors and new subcontractors must review and sign
the Exposure Control Plan when they come on site for the first time.
• Masks are available for all jobsites. Each ACI employee gets 20 for use in the month of April.
o Subcontractors must supply their own masks.
• Hand Sanitizer ‐ reminder that each jobsite should have one large bottle and one small bottle for each ACI
employee. Please pick them up from Ana at the front desk if you haven't already done so.
• Pick up supplies and comply with all mandates above by tomorrow, April 2nd.
