Safety Memo #26 (N-1) Criteria for Return to Work (COVID-19)

[Criteria for Return to Work (COVID-19)] (N-1)
This is a reminder of our Return to Work policy and additional information on the protocol for COVID cases.
Any persons who have tested positive for COVID-19 or have symptoms consistent with COVID-19 will be sent
home to self-quarantine and tested (the incubation period can be between 2 to 5 days).
Clearance to return to work is given after the self-quarantine period is completed and a negative testing result
is submitted to HR.
Make sure to social distance and keep a mask on for any interactions with other people.
