(Workers Compensation)

[ Incident Procedures for “ACI Employees” vs. “Subcontractors” (Workers Compensation) ]
At ACI, we do our utmost to prevent accidents and incidents from occurring but in the rare cases that accidents
do happen, it is our responsibility to keep records of our due diligence to make sure any injured worker
receives treatment and gets taken care of.
In case of any accidents, incidents, or near-misses, ACI project teams should report all such situations to the
ACI Safety Administrator and follow company procedure. The following are instructions for different scenarios
according to project type and who the injured worker may be.
Projects with an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP)
• ACI Employees – Follow directions in the “OCIP package” provided by the owner of the project
• Subcontractor Employees – Follow directions in the “OCIP package” provided by the owner of the
project
Public/Private Projects
• ACI Employees – Follow directions in the [ACI Employees] Incident Procedures Packet (070920)
which can be found in Section 4 of the IIPP.
• Subcontractor Employees – Follow directions in the attached [Subcontractors] Incident
Procedures Packet (070920).
(Check the Subcontractors Incident Procedures Checklist for its procedures and completion)
** IMPORTANT: Do NOT give the Subcontractors packet to the subcontractor. This packet is for
ACI management’s reference only. (Subs should provide their own form; each sub may have
different Workers Compensation)
Safety is ACI’s number one priority.
