Safety Memo #33 (A) COVID-19 Prevention Plan Revision & N95 Respirators

With the release of Cal/OSHA’s latest COVID‐19 ETS revisions, ACI has revised its COVID‐19 Prevention Plan to reflect
our policy changes. If you need a copy of the full program, you can request one by replying to this memo. A copy of the
plan will be posted at the main office as well.
There has also been another change in our mask policy. If you are unvaccinated, you now have the option to receive
N95 respirators in place of the already‐provided KN95 masks upon request. We will still be providing KN95 masks to all
employees.
**Please note that N95 respirators require a fit test before you can receive them. Fit tests will be conducted by our staff
at the main office. You can make the request by replying to this memo.
