Selection of screw extender
The enlarged screw extender (MS1-A214) must be used on the end of the
construct through which the rod will be introduced percutaneously as the rod
introducers will not fit through the standard screw extender.
The enlarged screw extender can be identified by a single laser mark on the
locking ring.
