Rod placement
Regardless of which rod introducer is used, a set screw
must be inserted into the screw next to the screw
through which the rod was introduced.
Doing this will secure the rod and the rod introducer to
be used as a rod pusher.
There are three different options for rod reduction.
Caution : The setscrew must never
be placed on the bulleted part of
the rod.
