               The President pointed out that, to be credible, our association needs to have as many
               members as possible. Increasing membership is everyone's business.

               She  took  the  opportunity  at  to  introduce  René  Guénard,  one  of  our  active  members
               despite his seniority (newsletter).

               She commented that AAFI and its sister associations work hand in hand.


               HEALTH INSURANCE

               She stressed the importance of health cover.  UNSMIS is responsible for the insured
               staff of UNOG, UNHCR, WMO and ITU.  WHO and ILO have their own insurance. A
               report  will  be  prepared  by  Mohammed  Sebti,  who  represents  retirees  with  Pierre
               Vangeleyn  on  the  UNSMIS  Executive  Committee.  (Appendix  1).  She  also  thanked
               Giovanni  Pizzini  for  taking  part  in  regular  meetings  with  AFICS  in  order  to  better
               understand the specific problems of pensioners.

               Giovanni Pizzini completed the information on financial and personnel management. He
               thanked his staff, who had worked with him through the very difficult period at COVID.

               The figures presented were


               36,000 policy holders worldwide with a total of 130-140 million Swiss francs per year for
               reimbursements.

               It was pointed out that 90% of claims are submitted electronically.

               Mr.  Pizzini  confirmed  the  efforts  made  to  limit  delays  (one  week  for  approval  by  the
               medical  officer)  and  between  one  and  a  half  and  two  and  a  half  weeks  for
