Even if there are no jobs available, the business could keep
the CV and documents on a file, and get back to the candidate
when a job does become available.

A cold-calling covering letter can be written like any other
covering letter. However, candidates should make a few
differences, as they should:

a- Show that they have researched the organisation or
business and know about its mission and vision.

b- Mention the interest to work for that specific organisation.
c- Show that their skills, experiences and interests fit in with

       the goals of the organisation.
d- Finish the letter with an intention to contact them again. If

they have not been called in a couple of weeks, they can
contact them again and ask for a response.
