Sometimes the candidate will be asked to send a covering
letter in an e-mail form instead of a separate document.

Therefore, there are some steps that should be followed, as
indicated in the following points:

a- The candidate's name and the job title should be written in
the e-mail's subject line, for instance, "Michael Smith –
       Ticketing and Reservation Clerk".

b- The name of the recipient should be written, for instance,
"Richard De Burg – General Manager".

c- The applicant's professional signature should be written.
d- The e-mail should be sent from a professional e-mail

       address.

5.2 Letter of motivation:

A letter of motivation, which is also known as
motivational letter or statement of purpose, is the letter that
describes skills of someone and gives all facts about him/her.

When someone is applying for a Bachelor of Science
programme, postgraduate programme, grant, scholarship, course
of study, applicants are asked to submit a letter of motivation to
the university, institute, faculty or college for facilitating their
selection process.
