teachers can be busy, have tasks, on leave or on holiday.
Moreover, they do not take money for writing the letter of
recommendation and they may have many other students asking
them for letters of recommendation as well. Therefore, choosing
the right time to ask for a letter of recommendation is important.
Applicants should choose two or three teachers whom they think
they would be the best to ask them for that.

       Asking for a letter of recommendation should not just be a
two sentence e-mail telling them that they have to write this
letter. Instead, applicants should ask them to write this letter
because they trust them and they were one of their best teachers.
It is quite important for an applicant to give the teachers all
information they can need to write this letter e.g. GPA, class
rank, CV or something else that will give the referee a clear
background about the applicant's skills and abilities. The chosen
teachers will include this information into their letter and link it
to their own experiences with the applicant as a student.

       Even if a teacher agrees to write a letter of
recommendation, they may forget. Therefore, the applicant
should contact them periodically to remind them about the
application's deadline and see if the letter is in progress or not.

       Asking teachers many times about the letter may make
them feel annoyed or upset. Thus, it is important for the applicant
