order to look for specific skills and knowledge that you can
include in the letter for your applicant. It is also important to
clarify the relation between the applicant's qualifications and the
job's responsibilities.

b- Gather information before you start:

Ask the person for whom you are writing to send you a
copy of the job description and his/her CV before you start
writing the letter.
