c- The sender's personal contact details must be included for
the recipient in the letter.
d- In this kind of letters, the sender must inform the addressee
about the exact booking to be made.
e- When the letter of booking is written for making an airline
reservation, a holiday booking or a hotel booking et., the
sender must be as specific as possible by including all
necessary information and details.
f- In this kind of letters, the sender must mention the method
of payments e.g. cash, postal order, credit card, cheque or
COD i.e. cash on delivery.
g- It is recommended to utilise bullet points to make the letter
clear and easy to be read.
h- The addressee's name must be clearly mentioned so that
any vagueness can be avoided.
i- Letters of booking like other formal letters must be
proofread to find and correct mistakes before the final
copy is printed.
j- At the end of the letter, write your name, signature and the
official designation you have.
