動保小學堂-浣熊篇上線囉! INFORMATION ON RACCOONS
近年來網路上充斥著浣熊洗棉花糖、偷東西的影片，影片中浣熊模樣討喜深受大眾喜愛，也因為這 樣的因素，使得養浣熊的民眾有越來越多的趨勢，但是在飼養浣熊之前，多數人都沒有仔細了解浣 熊的習性，浣熊屬外來種、力量大、行動敏捷、聰明並且富有攻擊性，而破壞籠子逃脫或棄養進而 影響生態的案例更是層出不窮，TSPCA也曾調查過多起浣熊的不當飼養、棄養案件。為了讓大眾能 以輕鬆的方式瞭解浣熊的習性，TSPCA特別製作了圖文豐富的動保小學堂，帶大眾快速了解浣熊以 及為什麼浣熊不適合當作寵物的原因，TSPCA呼籲大家，對於浣熊:不飼養、不買賣、不棄養!請 將牠們的可愛還給原生大自然!動保小學堂-浣熊篇:https://goo.gl/9CzVuy
Recently, video clips showing pet raccoons washing cotton candy in water has become very popular, enticing people to keep raccoons as pets. However, most people do not have a good understanding of raccoon behavior or how to properly care for them.,Raccoons can be very strong, agile, smart, aggressive, and they are able to destroy cages to try to escape. Wild raccoons can cause severe ecological damage in Taiwan. TSPCA has investigated an increasing number of cases involving the improper rearing of rac- coons and abandonment cases. In order to better educate the public on the habits of raccoons, TSPCA has created a cute presentation, with the aim to teach the general public about raccoons and why they are not suitable as pets.
