(e) and (f) are the result of the AFM.
According to Figure 7, we can find that the surface integrity of the material
has been changed to a certain extent before and after PMMA is removed.
Observing the surface flatness through AFM, we can find that MoS2 has a fairly
high flatness in the complete area, and at the same time it can be seen that the
surface is slightly damaged.
