The internet can be a wonderful tool for offering different perspectives. Searching for artists working with
shadows lead to some surprising discoveries, which in turn helped the teacher~researchers to see shadows
around them in new ways.
The camera and smart phone have also proved themselves to be wonderful disruptive tools when used with
curiosity and focus.
