                                                     This was a confrontational shadow - it upset me greatly.”

                                        “My own shadow depends on the material the shadow is on.”

                                                                     silky, velvety,

                                                                     yet rough and textured

                                                                     at the same time.”












            The predictive brain is trying to analyse, understand and name what is perceived.  When we become aware of
            other ways of knowing, imagination is set free, emotions engaged, paradoxes discovered.
            We noticed the emotional response to shadows; a playfulness; a place of intersection between body, ideas, the
            physical world and light and shadow.
