“The garden is vast.”

Jenny photographed this shell from many perspectives.

“Sometimes it is camouflaged. It fits in because of its colour.”
She chose to draw this shape.

“It [the circle] is a universal form.

It goes with everything. It is pleasing for me.

In the garden, it looks just right.”

“The sea urchin found places where there
                                                        are similar colours and textures.”

There is complexity in the garden - a complexity in nature that was accentuated by our disruptive
things~objects~materials. Noticing expanded in relation to the amount of time spent in the garden. We (Chris
and Margo) wondered what would have happened if the group had explored the garden first, before introducing it
to their things~objects~materials. We also wondered whether a garden can be too big in relation to the size of the

group to support the contamination of ideas and experiences.
