Changes to trainee assessment methods must follow established procedures and regulations and communicated to trainee prior to their implementation. There must be mechanisms to ensure the security of assessment documents and records. There should be independent external scrutiny to evaluate and improve the management of training assessment, including formal certification of the processes. The assessment results should be analysed by batches. The success of trainees in achieving the training outcome should be discussed, documents and reported to CIDB.
