and teaching-training methods of the curriculum are consistent with, and supportive of, their training outcomes.
ii. Training Evaluation Outcome
The ATP has to gather feedback from trainees regarding the content, trainers and methods of delivery of the training programme as the mechanism to identify improvement to the training programme. The information serves as input for further improvement of the curriculum design and development, as well as delivery of the training programme.
iii. Training Programme Delivery Report
The ATP shall have a mechanism in place to act on the feedback given by the trainees or other stakeholders, as well as observation from the ATP itself to enhance the quality of the training programme.
The ATP has to indicate the self-evaluation carried out, on what went
well/or issues of concern that could be further improved. The report should take into consideration feedback provided by trainees through the training evaluation outcomes and other stakeholders, and how the ATP resolves the issues and the actions taken to enhance the training programme.
