Lodge in to what?...... the future!
t is hard to believe that it's finally over. I used to read write-ups of ex students in
this school. Now, I finally have a chance to write my own and express my
Ifeelings of my six years in GISS. Recalling my first day puts a smile on my
face. Leaving my loved ones for the first time for somewhere I had never been to
and seeing all the big, grown and mature senior girls
who looked very mean and intimidating, were the

What would I have done without you? You were always there to encourage me, I love you my brother) I
love you guys so much and I want to say a big “thank you” most especially to my seatie who was like a
sister, brother, mother, father and everything to me. She meant a lot to me and nobody will ever
understand the bond we shared. Seatie wherever you are, I love you and I will miss you too.
To my parents, Chief and Lolo E.C. Umeozulu who have been a great support to me, I want to use this
medium to say “thank you” . I will always continue to make you proud. To my brothers and sisters, thank
you for your support and your tolerance on my endless disturbances. That's why I am the last baby. All
your efforts towards me would never be in vain.
Now, I am leaving this citadel of learning, Grundtvig International Secondary School, Oba. I can
proudly say anywhere that you members of staff are great especially Mrs. Igwilo, Mr. Nonso, Mrs.
Anyanebechi, Mr. Nwutara, Mr. Gbenga, Mrs. Ezeanya, Mr. Ubah, Miss Chiamaka, Miss Amara
(Amysuccess), and many others because you have molded me into the responsible young lady that I
have become.
We the 2019 set shall make it to the top because this is just the first phase of us stepping into the world
and I strongly believe that this is the beginning of our success. We are the 2019 set, the set of the crème-
de la-crème.
Goodbye Grundtvig, goodbye teachers, goodbye to my friends still in school, goodbye to you all am
gonna miss you so much and always remember …….sweetie pie. GREAT G.
