Blooms Academy we teach, we care

vi. Continued existence / Survival / Adaptability skills
They should have the information on how to be safe and ensure safety around
them They should also be challenged to come up with possible solutions when in
danger (To take the initiatives to do the needful.). Learners should also build and
practice leadership and social interaction skills during and after the learning
                      period.

                   vii. Code of Conduct.
Teachers should be role models. Work with the learners to generate rules that will
help them to be productive and accountable.

                   viii. Citizenship
Tutors should also guide learners to be aware of their immediate and extended
environment. There is need to have learners know more about money, their
country's currency in relation to other countries, its strength and conversion to
other currencies. They should avail themselves every opportunity to be relevant
                        global citizens.

With all of these in mind, Blooms Academy is working towards raising students who are
                             st
equipped for 21 Century challenges. To achieve the school's vision and mission as well as
the goals earlier mentioned, the school works towards:
                  · Employing qualified, experienced and God-fearing teachers.
                  · Providing a conducive and well-equipped learning environment.
                  · Training teachers with skills that will help them prepare and deliver enriched lessons
                          for pupils' enhancement.
                  · Setting rules and discipline for all, in line with the word and wisdom of God

Parents are also expected to complement the school's (Management and Teachers) efforts.
They are to follow-up on their children's learning activities and support the school's training
            and corrective measures.

With all hands on deck, learners in the Primary School, will be motivated and supported to
            achieve these desired goals.

Having come to the end of 2018/2019 academic session, I wish to appreciate everyone
(pupils, parents, staff and management) for their immense support so far. God bless us all.
Next academic session, by the Grace of God, we hope to take our learners to greater
heights of learning and achievement. Do have a nice summer break.

            Mrs Elizabeth Chibiko
