CALCULATING POWER RANKING
The final power ranking is the sum of 55% of the TWWP and 45% of the OWWP. This number cannot be over 1.000. From the examples above:
TWWP = 0.508197 * 0.55 = 0.279508 OWWP = 0.626908 * 0.45 = 0.282109
Power Rating = 0.279508+0.282109 = 0.561617
