           Beyond these functions, our Research and Marketing departments are an extension of Seefried/USAA and the JLL listing team. We are highly collaborative and are a part of
           a 14-person Industrial team. Additionally, we are a 324-person U.S. Industrial brokerage group. Both locally and nationally, we participate in monthly and quarterly meetings
           and calls which result in substantial information flow, identification of emerging trends and tenants active in our respective markets. We bring this collective knowledge to the
           Seefried/USAA project and relationship.
