MAKEMA’S PERSPECTIVE OF AN IDEAL TEACHER…
An ideal teacher, it is a teacher who is cares for his
learners. By caring I mean, as a teacher I need to
be able to know my learners’ backgrounds, where
they come from so that I can be able to establish
their educational barriers. An
educational barrier can happen all the time so as a
teacher I need to be able to accommodate my
learner differences. I believe in appraising my
children for the efforts and achievements they
make, be it is little or big. If they do not do good
then I always encourage them to improve for the
next task that they will be provided with. –MAKEMA
