We
believe that education itself prepares learners in
order to deal with the life challenges and work
challenges. We believe that we learn every day.
Our learners learn best if the teacher cares for them
and does not encourage the banking education
rather we appraise a teacher who is a facilitator of
education. A teacher who prepares learners to be
responsible citizens. We believe that we need to
develop professional relationaships with these
learners as some of them at their homes they are not
given the need of belonging. So, we need to invest
in knowing them and caring for them.
