With the 4IR underway, teachers need to
get enough training because there are
teachers who have been working or
rather who are used to using the chalk

and chalkboard. In the 21 century, we
need new young and flexible teachers
who are able to adapt to the changes
that the education system brings.
Futhermore, teachers need to start being passionate about the teaching
process, whereby, they do not stay in the staff room when they supposed to be
in the classroom teaching learners. Teachers need to challenge themselves to
care for their learners, show the learners that their opinions matter, An ideal
teacher needed at the school is the one that is willing to pay attention to the
learners, who is willing to let learners to lead and be independent.
The ideal teacher needed at the school is
one that can get learners to keep on pushing through, who are able to reflect
on their failures in order for them to know their mistakes and learn from them,
