A Moment, or a Lifestyle?
We expect crashes and falls to impact the vertebrae in the neck and back. But did you
know that the majority of subluxations are NOT the result of a sudden, serious
injury?
Most often, regular activities are to blame for sore necks, aching backs, sciatic pains,
and other problems that come from the lack of proper alignment. The stress of things
we do every day not only creates subluxations, but can exacerbate a slight
subluxation into a major problem.
