                        Israeli Champion

It was a great day, a day of transcendence, a day of an Israeli star who
came to devour her rivals and win gold [medal]. In the morning in Israel,
Linoy Ashram went up for the hoop routine, the first of four. Linoy opened
a gap on the Russian rivals, the Averina twins, who lost their composure
and kept challenging the scores they received. Perfect ball and clubs
routines ensured a medal already at an early stage, the question was [what]
color, and precisely during the last exercise Linoy's ribbon fell and [we]
had to wait for the final score in Dina Averina's competition and see if she
would overtake Linoy. The history [making] was completed when
“HaTikva" was played in the Aryaka Hall in Tokyo, the Israeli flag was
hoisted to the ceiling of the hall and Linoy Ashram fulfilled her childhood
dream. In Tokyo, the Russians continued to complain. On social media,
public figures and the Russian Olympic Committee also refused to accept
Linoy's victory. Linoy Ashram from Rishon LeTzion did it majorly today
(succeeded big time) - she is the first Israeli Olympic champion ever.
Proof that talent along with hard work bring you to the top and that dreams
can come true.
