What (People) Think of Israel
Ami Horwitz, a Jewish American journalist, wants to see what students in America think of Israel.
A year ago he checks what people say about Israel’s flag and what people say about ISIS’ flag. This
year he goes to the universities of Columbia, Harvard and Brandeis and asks people what they think
of Israel. Almost all the people say only bad things about Israel, even though it’s an advanced
country with human rights. Now when the BDS [organization] gets a lot of focus, (we) have to
understand what the problem is.
