Practice with a Story

After going over several charts, let's now get a feel for using the verbs

in Binyan Hitpa’el in different tenses.

Following is a dialogue focusing on Binyan Hitpa’el in the future

tense.

Please follow these steps:

1. Listen to the respective CD track without looking at the text

(listen as many times as needed so you understand it as much as

possible).

2. Translate the story into English, and then compare it to the

translation in this
book.

3. Conjugate the story into the present and past tenses. Pay attention
to where

this may not make sense. Don't get stuck on it – be creative!
