Lion, a Film for Fundraising Christmas bake sale

Acclaimed as inspiring, touching and luminescent, the film Lion is an adaptation of an
autobiographical story by Saroo Brierley (A Long Way Home) directed by Garth Davis In order to raise funds to help cover the library’s operating costs, the volunteers will be

First Auction to Benefit
the Betty Riel Foundation
On December 17, 2017, Randall Finnegan, of the Randall Finnegan Auction House, will proceed to
an auction to benefit the Betty Riel Foundation. So far, a pair of tickets to see the Canadiens,
donated by Bourgon Insurance, has been added to
the sale. The tickets are located in section 119 of the
Red level, and are valued at $147 each. Anyone who
wishes to donate items towards the auction may
contact the auctioneer at 450-601-7111 or 450-
601-8218. Photos of items to be auctioned off will
be shared on the Betty Riel Foundation’s
Facebook page. 100% of proceeds will go to The
Betty Riel Foundation. The auction will be
held at 13 York Street, Huntingdon. n
