Up next was Judas Priest, after a 30-minute interesting stage setup break.
I was intrigued by all the cool garage shop stage props. Truly metal! Then
like all rock shows…the lights went dim and Black Sabbath’s War Pigs
started playing, followed by the first 60 seconds of “The Hellion,” and right
into “Electric Eye.” All the while, an illuminated devil’s tuning fork logo rose
to the ceiling above the stage. Then all the black leather in the world and
shiny metal studs lit up the stage with the band. Amazing! It was like I was
seeing the band again in 1983 in Germany.
