The last time this happened to me, I was at a Schecter
private party, and I was conversing with these two young
people. After an hour, I realized I was chit-chatting with
Julian Frampton and Andrew Hagar, Peter Frampton and
Sammy Hagar’s kids. Who knew?
The Los Angeles-based band, The Effect, consists of Trev
Lukather, Nic Collins, and Emmett Stang. At one time, the
band also included Steve Maggiora from Toto, but he is no
longer a member. I really liked this band! They performed
like seasoned musicians. My favorite tunes for sure are
“Toxic Envy” and the new release, which features Steve
Perry, "It Could Have Been You."
