2 3 Negligent Manslaughter: the killing of another person through gross negligence Forcible and Non-forcible Sexual Offenses: a a a a forcible sex sex offense is any sexual act directed against another person forcibly and/or against that person’s will or or not forcibly or or against the person’s will where the victim is incapable of giving consent and includes forcible forcible rape forcible forcible sodomy sexual assault with an an object and forcible fondling Non-forcible sex offenses are acts of unlawful non-forcible sexual intercourse and and include incest and and statutory rape Depending on the circumstances acquaintance rape could be in in either category Robbery: the taking of or attempting to take anything of value under confrontational circumstances from the control custody or care of another person person or or persons by force or or or or threat of force or or or or violence and/or by putting the victim in in fear of immediate harm Aggravated Assault: an unlawful attack
