from the time we went into
business.
Overview
At Kolte-Patil, governance is about doing the right things
more than doing things right.
This indicates that we put integrity first; efficiency is a
byproduct.
Our track record indicates that companies high on their
ethical commitment can also be sustainably successful.
When we went into business we were driven by the vision
to not necessarily be the largest in our space at any cost;
we sought to differentiate ourselves as one of the most
trusted; we sought not necessarily to be driven by the scale
of our revenues as much as the quality of respect.
