CULTURE DAY

           A co-designed, values-driven, future-focussed Organisational Culture Transformation initiative held
across all our Platinum sites, which placed a stake in the ground for true change within AAP and
           asked the question:

ARE YOU WILLING TO WALK AWAY FROM

           TSHENYEGO TSHIAMO

           HURT AND MOVE HEALING

           MISTRUST TRUST

           DISENGAGEMENT ENGAGEMENT

           JUDGMENT ACCEPTANCE

           UNFORGIVENESS TO FORGIVENESS

The curtain raiser to Culture Day was our April 6 Leadership Alignment Session, the intent of which
was to allow leaders in the business and key union stakeholders to engage with full transparency
and create alignment in the commitment to transform the culture of AAP.

It was agreed and reinforced that the bedrock of our culture intervention would be anchored on our
three pillars of Leadership, Values and Workforce Engagement underpinned by our 14 ingredients
centered on Real People, Real Mining and Real Difference.

The outputs from the Leadership Alignment Session, which were to inform the way forward,
highlighted particular sentiments and commitments. We had asked the question “What are you
willing to give or do differently so that our Platinum Tree bears the fruits of the vision?”
