With the April 6 outputs as our foundation and compass, we crafted 13 Culture Days across the
           organisation. Each Culture Day plugged strongly into the three pillars of Leadership, Values and
           Workforce Engagement, explaining that one cannot exist without the other two, and also reinforced
           the 14 ingredients on which rests the entire reasoning behind the OCT programme.
















































           Through a series of activities and conversational platforms, Living Significantly was placed on the
           company-wide agenda on Culture Day, across all bands, sites and workgroups. The day triggered
           questions around how personal significance can and does compliment workplace significance, while
           also referencing and reinforcing our commitment to community upliftment, showing the value we
           bring to those we do not directly employ. The leaf activities helped us ‘plant’ goodwill not just into the
           OCT journey but into our future as one Anglo American Platinum.

           Finally, Culture Day proved an excellent platform on which to begin to weave a golden thread
           throughout the organisation, pulling together our strategy, our culture and our commercial intent
           and showing how the three together have the ability to build integrity and indestructibility into the
           organisation. It also proved the ideal departure point from which to craft our Purpose statement.
