THE COMING TO LIFE OF OCT ACROSS THE
OPERATIONAL SITES ON CULTURE DAY
Executive leadership team members have championed the OCT journey from the start and on
Culture Day showed visible support to each operational team. Each site, with its GM as the main
host, also enjoyed the presence of an executive team member and a site OCT team. The site OCT
teams who co-hosted the GM-led events consisted of business leaders, union representatives and a
dedicated OCT facilitator.
