followed by Virar,
Borivali and Andheri.
On the Central Line
Thane recorded the highest
number of deaths (129) followed by
Kalyan, Kurla and Diva.
I am not surprised. How many of those I saw this morning would have got home
safe? Would not have lost their tenuous grip on doors or someone’s polyester
shoulder, and fallen to their deaths? How many slipped right through
the platform gaps?
