                   These are standard refrains  from individuals who don't recognize how
                   simple and quick it can be to prepare your own meals and begin to eat

                   healthier.

                   Begin by adding one more meal at home every week. Cooking and eating

                   healthy is like any fresh skill. It requires some practice to perfect. So provide
                   yourself a little leeway. It’s  all right  to burn the rice or  over-cook the

                   vegetables.

                   After a couple of tries it will get simpler and quicker. Begin with easy dishes.

                   Cooking and eating healthy doesn't have to be perplexing.
