                                     Attitude of Appreciation




                                                     Synopsis





                   This is  an  enormously powerful spiritual wellness drill. Say prayers of

                   thanksgiving on a steady basis. When you're grateful for the good that you
                   already have it paves the way for more good to flow into your life.



                   What do you have to be glad about? Getting to this gratitude, all the same,
                   isn't always so simple. Being able to authentically express appreciation

                   requires you to shift your focus away from the things that are damaging and

                   toward those things that you feel grateful for.



                   And as you already know, it's really simple to forget to be thankful for all the
                   astonishing things we experience on a daily basis.
