Since the school is situated in a

township and consisting of learners
from different backgrounds. Thus, the

school needs an ideal teacher who will

be able to accommodate and support the
learner’s needs regardless of constrains.

Building a fulfilling relationship with the

learners is also very important, such as
putting yourself as parent when

necessary. Therefore it starts from the classroom were you as an ideal teacher
instils love and care to all learners, including from outside the classroom.

B. Mbendana, suggests that given the fact that
school lack resources to enhance learning

experience. As an ideal teacher you need to work

within your constrain to deliver the content and
enhance learning experience. As an educator make

an effort to bring resources in class. This can make

learning interesting regardless of constrains facing
the schools in township or rural areas. Bring also

resources that learners never get the chance to
experience at first hand, particularly technology or

media being cooperated in the lesson and get rid of
traditional way of teaching.
